Warm Home is free help with energy conservation if you can’t afford it yourself. Our help consists of small energy-saving measures, which our handymen will come to your home and install for free. Also, if you want, you will get free advice on energy saving. And tips on other schemes you may also be entitled to.

We also pay for major insulation measures, such as facade insulation, floor insulation or insulating glass, for a group of homeowners.

Warm Home was started by the municipality of Zwolle, together with Stichting Voor Elkaar Zwolle and all neighborhood initiatives concerned with sustainability. We also work with housing associations. Want to know if you can participate? View the conditions or contact us.

You can save big on your energy bill with small measures. These include a water-saving shower head, draft strips, radiator foil or mailbox brushes. At Warm Home, this is free for those who qualify. We also take care of setting your central heating boiler more economically. If you have rental property, we will check for you if we are allowed to do this.

An energy coach always comes to look around your home first to determine what will help the most.

These are measures you need a company to apply. For example, insulating your cavity wall, your floor (in the crawl space) or replacing your windows with insulating glass.

Sometimes we replace white goods. A number of rules apply to this. You can find the conditions via this page.

The energy labels have been updated. The pluses (such as A++) are gone, so the labels now go from A to G. This means that energy label C is now much more economical than energy label C according to the old rules. When we replace white goods, we always ensure that you make progress. Did you get a Christmas package in which you find our promotion for a free heat pillow? Nice! There are a few ground rules to it.

• Only the first 50 registrants will receive a free heat pad. All you have to do is sign up. We will keep track of who gets the heat pad. Keep the card that states our promotion well, we may ask for this.

• Are you one of the 50? Then our handyman Wim will bring the free heat pad when he comes to you.

• Have you been helped by us before? Or have there been 50 applications before you? Then unfortunately we cannot give you a heat pad. It is a temporary promotion, valid only now. Out = out.
