What is a digitally accessible website?
An accessible website is good for everyone to use. Even for people with disabilities. In the Netherlands, 25% of people have a functional limitation, such as difficulty have with hearing or seeing. Warm Home wants everyone to be able to use the website. That’s why we want to comply with the WCAG -standard. This Are international rules for digital accessibility. The rules help make Web sites usable by everyone, for example, through adequate contrast, easily navigable menus and understandable text.

What we do to keep our website digitally accessible
Warm Home Zwolle takes the following measures to ensure that the website is digitally accessible.
- Research: Independent experts examine our website for accessibility. We fix the problems found as far as possible up. View the most recent accessibility survey.
- Knowledge staff: We are trained in creating content that meets WCAG guidelines and texts that are understandable.
- Accessibility ‘by design’: When developing the website, texts, videos and images, we take digital accessibility into account. And we ensure that information is understandable.
Areas where our website is not yet satisfactory
We work hard to make the website digitally accessible. Sometimes it takes more time to solve problems. Known problems are:
