Since May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (also known as AVG) has become applicable in all European Union countries. One of the aims of these new regulations is to give you more control over the use of your personal data. Your privacy is very important to us and clear information is indispensable for that. Therefore, we have written this privacy statement to inform you about our privacy policy.
This is a website for the Warm Home Zwolle project of Stichting Voor Elkaar Zwolle (SVEZ), Wilhelm Röntgenstraat 4, 8013 NE, Zwolle. SVEZ works within the framework of the Warm Home Zwolle project, together with our cooperation partners.
SVEZ is the (processing) controller within the meaning of the AVG for the website and the contact options indicated on the website. We process personal data in various ways as part of our business operations. Personal data is any information that tells something about you as a person. Personal data provides information about your identity.
We process personal data about you when you visit one of our websites, have contact with us, or at an inventory interview. In this privacy statement, we provide information about our processing of personal data in each situation. For each situation, you will also find information about the rights you have and how to exercise them. It also includes our contact information, in case you have further questions.

When you visit and use the website of Warm Home Zwolle, we may process personal data from you. Stichting Voor Elkaar Zwolle is the data controller in the sense of the AVG.

Using the website
We process the data of website visitors to ‘Warm Thuis Zwolle’ primarily to ensure that they can use the website in question. This is to ensure that visitors see the website in a format that suits their browser and device (phone / PC / tablet), (possibly) to subscribe to a newsletter and contact them through the contact form. The legal basis for this processing is our legitimate interest in the appropriate provision of our website Warm Home Zwolle and any further communication with our website visitors.

3. Inventory interview
After you leave your contact details we will contact you for an inventory interview. The ‘Warm Home Zwolle’ project helps residents who cannot afford to pay for an energy-efficient home. If you want to make use of the ‘Warm Home Zwolle’ project, we need information from you. Think of:
Postal code and address details;
Type of home (owner-occupied or rented);
Whether you meet the income limit of 130% of the legal minimum.
When we contact you, we will request this data from you and we will keep it for a maximum of 3 years after the energy measures have been implemented. We also ask your permission to share this personal data with our project partners. These include the municipality of Zwolle, energy coaches of neighborhood initiatives, housing corporations and other cooperation partners. See also the complete overview of partners here.
We share this data with our partners only after explicit consent from you in the inventory interview.
Purposes and legal bases
Stichting Voor Elkaar Zwolle processes your personal data to determine your eligibility to participate in the Warm Home Zwolle project.
In this context, your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
Answering questions asked by you or providing requested information;
Making an appointment with an involved party of Warm Home Zwolle, such as an energy coach, handyman or contractor.
For these purposes, we will collect and process only those personal data that are necessary and relevant for the implementation of the Warm Home project.
The purposes listed above each have at least one legal basis for processing your personal data. These legal grounds are:
