Free energy-savind measures

Energy prices have risen sharply. That’s why it’s important to live as energy-efficiently as possible. Don’t have enough money to insulate your home? Then we will help you for free. For example, with draft strips and radiator foil. And sometimes with larger measures, such as floor insulation or HR++ glass.

White goods replacement

Sometimes we also replace white goods. A number of rules apply to this. For example, we replace a maximum of one appliance and we only replace an appliance if it is older than 15 years. View conditions for replacing white goods.

  • You live in the municipality of Zwolle

  • You own and live in your own home

  • You do not earn more than the maximum income

  • You don’t have more own money than a certain amount

  • Energy coach sees that your home can be even more energy efficient

  • If necessary get small measures, such as draft strips or radiator foil

  • If necessary, you get major measures, such as floor insulation or special double-glazing


  • You live in the municipality of Zwolle

  • You rent from a housing association or private landlord

  • You do not earn more than the maximum income

  • Energy coach sees that your home can be even more energy efficient

  • If necessary, you will be offered small measures, such as draft strips or radiator foil

In 5 steps to a more energy-efficient home

    You sign up

    You sign up by filling in your information. Do you have any questions first? If so, please contact us.

  2. 2
    Warm Thuis will contact you

    A colleague from Warm Home will contact you as soon as possible. After a short telephone intake, we check whether you can join.

  3. 3
    The energy coach checks your home

    The energy coach will visit you and see what is possible to make your home more energy efficient.

  4. 4
    You will receive a proposal from us

    You will receive this proposal if you qualify for major measures in addition to minor ones. It explains how we will make your house more energy efficient. We also agree on when we will do the job.

  5. 5
    The job will be done

    Small measures take the handymen half a day. In larger measures, it takes several days.
