A more energy-efficient home
High energy prices mean action is needed now. Residents who cannot afford to do so themselves receive free help and materials from Warm Home Zwolle to make their homes more energy efficient. These are often small measures, such as a water-saving shower head or sealing gaps.
If you own a home that is poorly insulated and you have little to spend, we may offer a larger measure, such as facade insulation or installing special double glazing.
Who we are
Warm Thuis Zwolle was founded in October 2022 and is a collaboration between various Zwolle organizations. Assistance to Zwolle residents is made possible by a one-time contribution from the central government to the municipality. By joining forces between, among others, the municipality of Zwolle, Stichting Voor Elkaar Zwolle, neighborhood initiatives in the neighborhoods and housing associations, we help residents with a more energy-efficient home.
