Energy prices have risen sharply. That’s why it’s important to live as energy-efficiently as possible. After all, this is how you can save money on your energy bill. Do you live in Zwolle and don’t have enough money to make your home more energy efficient? If so, we may help you for free. For example, with advice to save energy, with small energy-saving measures or with larger insulation measures.

You live in the municipality of Zwolle;
You own a home and live there yourself;
You have a low income. For this, the same rules apply as when applying for the energy allowance, we look at your income without allowances or vacation pay;
You do not have more of your own money than a certain amount ;
The energy coach sees that your home can be even more energy efficient;
If necessary, you will be offered small measures, such as sealing gaps or installing radiator foil;
If necessary, you will be offered major measures, such as exterior wall insulation or special double-glazing.
You live in the municipality of Zwolle;
You rent from a housing association or private landlord;
You have a low income. For this, the same rules apply as when applying for the energy allowance, we look at your income without allowances or vacation pay;
The energy coach sees that your home can be even more energy efficient;
If necessary, you will be offered small measures, such as sealing gaps or installing radiator foil;

You apply online by filling in your information. Do you have any questions first? Then contact us.
Warm Thuis will contact you
A colleague from Warm Thuis will contact you as soon as possible. After a short telephone intake, we will check whether it is possible for you to participate.
The energy coach checks your home
The energy coach will visit you and see what is possible to make your home more energy efficient.
You will receive a proposal from us
You will receive this proposal if, in addition to small measures, you also qualify for large measures. This tells you how we will make your home more energy efficient. We also agree on when we will do the job.
The job will be done
Small measures take the handymen half a day. In larger measures, it takes several days.
